  11. Why are companies insisting on matric certificates
    with people with over 20 years experience ???
    woud not all the knowledge experience and in
    house courses over the many years be equivelant
    to this , it has become imposible for people who
    were perhaps retrenched or other to get back in
    they have contributed so much to the industry
    over the many years in shiping not only to the
    to companies they have worked in but to the
    economy of the country, its so depressing
